[Smoothie Idea] Banana, Apple and Nuts Smoothie

My treat of the day.

Hi there! Today I'm presenting you one of my personal favourites, a healthy, quickly and easily made Smoothie.

About the ingredients:

Before blending.

I put in one banana, one small apple, 4 dates, 3 hazelnuts, 3 almonds, a bit of almond milk and half a teaspoon of coconut oil.

I've put it all in one of my favourite purchases ever...

...and mixed it till it obtained the right "smoothie" consistency.

The topping.
Before serving, I topped it with a small amount of 100% unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 almonds. It was to die for.

[Lunch Idea] Asparagus and Poached Egg

Quick and easy lunch idea

I decided to start a series of quick and easy meal ideas, that I usually prepare for myself. I'm sure you all know how to poach an egg (if not, there are millions of great tutorials on the internet - number one being Chef John's, of course) and boil some asparagus, but sometimes it just helps to see some photos to get inspired.
